It was very easy. They were very prompt. They did what they said they would do very quickly. He suggested a mosquito control system that's on the porch. I like it a lot.

Tech was very friendly and explained how everything worked with our inherited irrigation system. Full check up made sure all sprinklers and musters were clean and aimed correctly. Replaced one nozzle and got estimate for rain sensor replacement. Will definitely continue using them for startup and shutdown every year.

When I moved into my house, the previous owners had a contract with Chism for their sprinkler system. I didn't contact them to renew it, and the system froze and leaked over the winter. Chism came out and fixed it for me and offered me a contract for the next year at a reasonable price.

I VISITED THEIR OFFICE. SO FAR IT HAS BEEN GOOD. I GOT ACQUAINTED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WOULD BE DOING THE WORK. I LIKED THEM VERY MUCH. I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE I COULD DEAL WITH AND COMMUNICATE WITH. I KNOW I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. I AM PERFECTLY SATISFIED WITH THEM.
