Gina is so good with pets.  She is very professional and understanding. 
She is great with hard to handle pets also, very patient and knows how to handle them. 
The nail trim was very fast and she handled my crazy pup like a champ, I will definitely be coming back for more!

We scheduled our first grooming and were initially very pleased with the service unit we attempted to schedule our 2nd appointment. I left 4 messages over a period of two weeks with absolutely no return phone call until I finally left a strongly worded message about her lack of customer service. She left me a message apologizing stating that her messages have been piling up. I attempted to call back again with no return call. There is absolutely no excuse for not returning a customer's call within 24 hours, if you can't do that you shouldn't be in business. The sad thing is that we were quite pleased with the quality of her work. I would avoid this business if you actually expect any level of basic professionalism.

What a wonderful experience for my dog.  We moved to the area recently and Tara had not been groomed in three months.  Gina was the most caring, sweet, professional groomer I have ever met.  She spent ages telling me what she was going to do and why she needed to do it.  Tara is usually terrified while getting groomed but before Gina left she was giving her lots of kisses.  I don't think you could ever find anyone as amazing as Gina.  It was well worth the money to have my sweet girl looking amazing.  She spent almost three hours with Tara and gave me lots of advice on what brush to use and how to use it.  It is going to be a long process to get Tara back to where she should be but with Gina's help I know it will be possible.  We have scheduled her to come back in six weeks and definitely recommend her very highly.

I am truely relieved that I could finally find a groomer I can trust and that gives top quality service. Very professional but at the same time she is just as personable and kind. My oldest has had some traumatic experiences with groomers before I adopted him and has been anxiety stricken ever since but Gina has some sort of magic touch and treats them with the most care and respect. I've tried other mobile groomers before her and she is the best. Very knowledgable of her craft and was able to give me some at-home grooming tips too.

Gina is personable and a top notch professional. She clearly loves dogs and dogs love her back. I am delighted and relieved to have found this terrific groomer!! I will definitely continue to use her. She is well worth Ithe cost.

Gina was wonderful! She showed up even though she had 4 inches of snow at her house. She groomed my dog in a little over an hour and did a beautiful job! I am very pleased with her work and will definitely use her again.

Our veterinarian recommended a mobile groomer for our 12 yr. old beloved mixed retriever due to her age and health issues.    After searching Angie's List, we found Gina.  She is the absolute best groomer we have ever had!  Dog grooming is her passion, not just a business.  She truly loves the fur-babies that she grooms.  Our beloved rescue, Scarlett, took to her immediately and really loved her.   Gina spend 2 1/2 hrs patiently grooming her, allowing her to lay down and rest, drink water or just simply take a break due to her health issues.  After completing the grooming, Gina spent time with us in order to educate us about some things we can do for Scarlett prior to her next grooming, which will be in about eight weeks.  The cost will be @ 95.00 for each groom, which is very reasonable for everything she does and for coming to our home. After having the wonderful experience we have had with Gina, I cannot imagine letting anyone else do Scarlett's grooming! 

Perfect! So much nicer then taking them to groomer where they sit all day in a crate. They were MUCH happier and their cuts were beautiful. She came in and met them and they were instantly at ease. So happy I found this!!

She was just a really good dog groomer and took her time with our dog.  She just did a fantastic job.

Gina did a fantastic job grooming our Old English Sheepdog.  Bella had been shaved prior to us moving to Louisville and had a lot of dead hair, and her skin was extremely dry,  Gina explained how Bella's hair grows (no one had ever done that before), and said her coat needed to lose the dead hair, and she needed a moisturizer to make her skin less dry, and help with the new hair growth.  She spent 2 hours working on her, and Bella looks amazing!  She is so soft and smells great!  She also recommended a boarding facility and a vet, which was very helpful. It was so nice not having to put a big dog in a car, drop her off, and then go get her hours later.  I just walked he out to her awesome pet grooming van, Bella hopped in, and 2 hours later there was a knock on the door, and she was all done.  I would highly recommend Gina and K9 Design.  She really knows what she is doing!  So happy we found her.  I already made another appointment in December.

Gina was very caring and professional.  This was our first time using K9 Design.  She put me and my dogs at ease by coming in the house to meet them on their own turf, letting us tour her mobile work space, and asking about their personalities.  She treated my dogs with love and was attentive to their needs.  Gina did an excellent job with grooming each of them, and she gave me feedback afterwards about how they did with her.  My dogs loved her!  We will definitely be using her services again.

We have two dogs. An older dog and a puppy. The dogs had been getting groomed on a regular basis by another groomer. However, due to our travels and a no show by our previous groomer, it had been 2 months since they looked good.
Gina arrived slightly early. She spent a short time speaking with us about the dogs and what we wanted. She made suggestions which we liked. Our Goldendoodle  puppy had a long uneven coat. She spent 2 hours with her. When she was finished she looked great. Gina told us that our 'doodle had severe ear infections in both ears. She recommended that we call the vet  right away which we did. We brought the puppy in the same day. As it turns out, Goldendoodle's have to have the hair near their ears kept short so the ears can "breathe". This had not been done before  thus, she had gotten the infection.
I will not have anyone else groom our dogs now except for Gina from K9 Design.
By the way, she was wonderful with our older dog who is afraid of everything. She was very patient with him and waited for him to become interested in her. She did a wonderful job with him too.

All went well. She showed up on time, spent three hours straight with our dog, did great work.
Gina is creative person with a good brain and good people skills.  My dog loves her, my family and I love how it all turned out.
Gina made some good money for her skills. Everybody's happy.
