They did a great job.  They came when they said they would, worked hard while they were here.  In the middle of the project, we had several days of bad weather during which they could not work.  The owner kept me informed about when they would be able to return. They appeared to pay attention to details and make every effort to give us a good result.  We found their price to be better than other contractors.  (Further, I had trouble getting some of the others to even return my call.)   If the price seems high to you, I can assure you that they work hard for that price.  They have trucks, special equipment, have to bring in a concrete truck, pay several workers, etc.  I felt as if they gave me good value for that money and the porch/sidewalk look good.  They also told me some dos and don'ts about how to care for it.  Finally, they were nice guys, which I always appreciate.

They get booked up quickly, so if you need concrete work, I'd suggest calling them as far in advance as possible.

We called him 6 months ahead and told him we wanted the work done in fall. He came out, measured, and gave us an estimate that was in our price range. We were put back 2 weeks because of work they were doing, but he called and explained delay. They came out on time, explained everything they were doing, and went to work.This is a family owned business that knows their stuff.

Our driveway is beautiful! Mr Renfro is great with detail and is a perfectionist. We decide to put aggregate on the sides and we got several compliments on the driveway and how unique it looks! The driveway itself is concrete. They also fixed my problem with water laying in a dip in the driveway. Mr. Renfro also told us how to seal the driveway and the aggregate.

I highly recommend this company. We have no complaints at all and I will refer him to friends.

Great!  Mr. Renfro first told me that I would have to wait until spring, but an opening became available and the work was done mid-September.  He and his crew were professional and hard-working.  All were very pleasant and willingly answered my questions.  The finished product looks great; I love it, and several neighbors have commented favorably.  They are thorough and meticulous, and were always early.  The price was in the middle range of all the estimates I got.  If you have concrete work to be done, I would recommend Renfro Concrete Construction without reservation.

The contractor, Renfro Concrete, was backed up with other work, so it took a few weeks before they could get started, but we knew that going in. They got the old concrete removed the first day, and the new concrete poured the second day. They helped us move the heavy items out of the garage. They were very professional at all times, they cleaned up well, and the concrete looks beautiful. We are thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the work.

Renfro was outstanding. They first cleared out dirt (and a small tree stump) to create the proper grade. They were communicative throughout the whole job, and finished by cleaning up the area, making it look incredible. We're completely satisfied. 
Renfro, being so good at what they do, are in high demand. So, get in touch with them early. They originally weren't going to be able to do our job for a couple of months, but an opening came up and they got us in early.
 Look no further than these guys if you need any concrete work done at all. A+++

Everything went great! We are really happy with how our questions were answered and every step explained. They were respectful of our property and our neighbors. Cleaned up when finished and the driveway looks absolutely wonderful.

Things went fine. It took them 3 days to complete (includes time to dry) and then they put a nice boarder around it all. Looks great.

Mr. Renfro stayed in contact the entire process. From estimate to finished job. New driveway looks great. No issues, just great work.

Darryl was very quick to return calls and did a great job keeping in contact. I had a very small job and he promised to keep me on a list and call me when he was able to and quot;fit me inand quot;. I agreed on the condition that if I found someone else, the job might not be there. He agreed to this as well.
He called two months later on a Monday and said he had and opening on Wednesday if I had still had a job for him. i did and Daryl and his crew showed up early on Wednesday as promised. He completed all the work we agreed upon and he made some excellent suggestions to improve upon my ideas that we incorporated in the work. Important, to note that his ideas improved the quality of the work and did NOT add to the cost of the job.
He and his crew are efficient, fast and courteous. I had about 7 yards of concrete taken out and poured back and by the middle of the day on Friday he was done. Small job or big job, Darryl is your man if you need concrete work done. If you don't experience with this type of work (and I do), you can rest assured that Darryl will provide excellent advise and give you a fair price for the work.

We contacted Bobby Renfro last summer and were put on the spring/summer project list for this year. It was well worth the wait! Bobby prepared an estimate that included 2 small porches, a short flight of steps, a retaining wall, a new driveway and foundation stucco. When the front porch was completed, his son Daryl, who, along with a great crew did the work, decided that the sidewalk needed to be replaced and did the additional work at no charge so it would look good with the new porch. Demolition started on Monday, July 28 and all work was completed by August 8. The crew ran into some unusual construction problems with our project that normally would have led to cost overruns, however, the original price quote was honored without question. Daryl kept us informed of each new and quot;glitchand quot; and made sure to lay out all the possible solutions so we could make informed decisions. The crew left absolutely no trace of the construction mess except for a beautiful new look to our home.
Excellent quality, professionalism, and easy to work with. Just be prepared to wait for several months to get started on your project. All the work is done by Daryl and a small crew with no subcontractors and they are in high demand.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Renfro and his crew. I got an estimate in May that was $2,000 cheaper than what I received from two other companies. My plan was to have the work done in August. Everyone was very professional and the work is first-rate. I really like the fact that Mr. Renfro was on the work site. He took the time to show me pictures of what he could do with the driveway and the porch that didn't add anything to the cost. As a result, the driveway and the porch have an aggregate border that really make them stand out. They cleaned up beautifully and were very patient in answering all of my questions. I was amazed that everything was done in three days. Quite an accomplishment.

We received our quote in the fall of 2013 but due to the very bad weather and need to move our air conditioner, the job could not be completed until the spring. The owner kept in contact with us several times during the winter. We are very pleased with the result. The owner was present and assisted with the total job. We highly recommend this company.

He was a real good deal. He got a competitive bid and he was something like $5000 cheaper. The only complain that I have with him and I think because he is such good deal he knows what to do. We had to wait an awfully long time to get him part of which was not his fault because it a real rainy spring and that is not the kind of work you can do when it is pouring down rain. I would highly recommend him. He did a good job but you got to understand this is a big drive way it is not one of your typical small driveways that included the front side walk and pouring the steps because they took out the steps and put a new. It's a small family run business. I really did like him. Very upfront. Very professional. When I called him there were times when I began to wonder is he coming at all because it has been such a long wait but when I got a call he would respond promptly.

They did great-! Tore out the existing porch and sidewalk and replaced. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled it all away.

Since it was an interior job, they were able to be flexible and get it done during colder weather. They followed through and did good work.

Darrell was very prompt on showing up to submit a bid on the work and then showing up when the work was scheduled. Darrell called me to update us on work progress and kept us well informed on options we had available for the work to be performed. Darrell's crew was courteous and did a good job of maintaining a safe and clean worksite.

I will never use another company. I highly recommend Renfro Concrete. They did an excellent job!
