Here at the beginning of my 2 hour window. The tech was great guy. Personable and knowledgeable.. he had to get through several issues to find the problem.. but after 2 hours he did. Got it fixed and gone. Recommend the company and definitely the tech Joey A

Jason was warm and friendly and worked endlessly to get my problem solved!! So grateful you sent someone with experience and love what he is doing....now let's hope I never ever ever need furnace repair again as it is very very expensive.... Very happy with the work as well as the recommendations One Mechanical made with my service. Their customer service is one of the best that I've experienced in a very long time. They worked to accommodate me and my crazy work schedule and communication was top notch. They kept me informed via text and email on everything from my initial service time booking all the way up to when the tech was on his way. Will definitely be at the top of my list when I need to service my furnace or AC again!

These guys,on time ,professional but friendly, system had to be replaced, got me a reasonable price had it installed within two days, explain how the new system work, even sent the manager out to answer further questions a week later, best service and teamwork from the entire staff of One Choice Mechanical, it was a pleasure and a honor doing business with this company.

This is THE most unprofessional business that I have ever encountered. Chris, the man that was supposed to clean the vents, came into our home, pretended that he cleaned the vents, then left. I called him and asked if everything went alright and he said yes, he cleaned the vents and sprayed the disinfectant spray. He lied to me and they took my money. This place is a scam. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE, GO TO SOMEONE ELSE! MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY FAKE! Since this rating, the issue has been addressed and I was refunded my money

Steve and Tom came out on time, checked the unit pressures, the filters, and cleaned the condenser. Also checked the air flow and the furnace. They were courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend them.

They called immediately after i clicked done on servicemagic. They offered one of the bestter prices so I decided to go with them. Came out the first time and my unti wasn't doing what it was so we really couldn't do anything. I took a video of it for the next time and they came back out without charging another trip fee or for the first half hour. Ended up being the motor. The part was under warranty so they went and got the new one and just charged for the labor. Much cheaper then calling the people that installed the unit. GREAT JOB!!

They were very professional. Once the furnace kicked on we start hearing a knocking noise in the air ducts. They returned, found that it was a loose damper and fixed it with no problem. We will definitely use them again.
