When i first called Bill, left message on his phone. Within 10 minutes he called back. Told him my issue, he came day later. He was awesome, very polite, very knowledgeable, easy to talk with. Have now found my new A/C cooling and heating company. Wish more companies were like Bill.

He was a great guy. He explained everything to me, even though I still didn't understand it. He told me that if had anymore problems to just Give him a call. I haven't had anymore problems, so I think he fixed the problem. He knew what he was doing.

Absolutely wonderful service!! The price for service calls and repairs was very affordable and he worked very hard to find the part needed on an old geothermal unit. He was very responsive and let me know the cost for service and repairs up front and it was the exact amount I paid. He was always on time for appointments and called ahead to give me a time of arrival. I was very impressed and will continue to use BMR’s service.
