Two Men & A Truck

They meticulously inventoried and wrapped each piece of furniture before loading onto the truck for the trip. When my things were off loaded, they placed each item exactly where I wanted it (even if the location was changed a couple of times!) They were very patient and took their time to get things right for us in all manner of our move, which is impressive since they had a long drive back after the offload. Also, before the move, our sales representative was professional. She gave us invaluable information about what to check for while we were looking at different movers in the beginning. She was very responsive, and always available for any questions or concerns. Two Men and a Truck showed great professionalism and customer service. Would highly recommend!

It went ok. I thought it was a little bit pricey and it took a little too long.

Awful. Damaged most of my furniture, walls in my new house, and overcharged me.

They moved the furniture from a 1st floor bedroom in a condo at 10739 clearlake way in Independence,Ky to a 2nd floor bedroom in a house at 10398 decoursey pike in Ryland Heights, Ky.... approx. 5.5 miles away.
   They arrived at the condo on time ,  prepared all furniture for moving  and loaded furniture into the truck in a professional manner.
After arriving a the house and checked where furniture was to be located and started moving. The bedroom has white wall to wall carpet..... I asked them to wear covers over their shoes and they said they don't do that, so I had to find plastic for them to walk on.
 They carried the king size mattress into house and attempted to carry up the steps without folding, obvious it would not fit. After several attempts, they finally used a ratchet strap to compress and finally moved up the steps. We expected someone with more experience , but I guess they have to learn somewhere.

From my initial phone call to discuss the move and get a quote to the last piece of furniture taken off the truck and placed exactly where I wanted it was a pleasure.
I have been moved quite a few times over the years with some very good results, 2 Men and a Truck were outstanding.

I was very happy with the speed and quality of the move. I was confused by the estimate. I asked for one price, pack and ship. When i recieved two estimates, first was pack the other was moving. I thought the second was pack and move.

Gave us a 2-hour window for the move. Called when about 20 minutes from arrival...toward the beginning of the window. Their estimate of time required was very accurate. They were extremely nice, personable and professional. The seem to enjoy their job and working with people. We had used them a few months ago to move her from a condo to the 1st facility. Everything arrived in perfect condition (both times). They were very helpful and we would definitely use them again! I have already recommended them to others

Moving job went well. Movers on time, effecient, courteous, and professional. During move there were two scratches to the furniture pieces. The two scratches may not have been avoidable due to the stairway construction and dimensions at my old home. I knew this would be a problem before the move started, especially for the very large pieces that were scratched. There was literally no x-tra tolerances for the largest furniture pieces which had to be turned at the first landing going down the stairway. I believe the movers did the best job they could given the circumstances.

It went well. They arrived on time, protected items well, moved them carefully and accomplished the task in the minimum two hours for which we were charged. The men were friendly and helpful.

Overall the experience was excellent. In particular, I want to compliment the four guys that moved our furniture - Brian, Jeremy, Steve, and Harry. These guys were great. They were hard-working, professional, careful with all of our things, and really nice, fun guys. The day they moved us it reached 108 degrees in Cincinnati and they worked so hard and never complained. My daughter changed her mind on some things that had to be moved twice and again they never complained. They had to move quite heavy stuff like a sleeper sofa moving up out of our basement but they never complained. They were polite, courteous and respectful to all members of my family. Whatever they're paying those guys, it isn't enough. Great experience with 2 Men and a Truck.

They were able to get in and get the job done on my time schedule. I will use them again in the future.

Our movers arrived promptly on the day of our move, and called ahead to let us know they were coming. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and we took a look through the house to assess how to handle the move. I pointed out some furniture that wasn't included in the move, and they did not put it on the truck. The three movers were very nice and worked quickly. One seemed to be newer to the job, but that didn't slow things down. Even though we had many, many boxes, it took only about two hours before the truck was fully packed and secured.

We ran into a little trouble on the way to the new place when the truck got lost, but it got sorted out fast, and the movers knocked a little bit off the final time in order to make up for the lost transit time. Move-in went swiftly as well, even with the flight of stairs and the fact that these guys had been working for hours. I was very impressed. Paying for movers was expensive, but I am so glad I did, and glad that I hired Two Men and a Truck. They gave me great value, and kept me from spraining my back or breaking my possessions or other terrible things.

It's important to read the documents they give you ahead of time, because they require a bedbug inspection, either from their guys on the clock on moving day, or from a Terminex inspector. The nice thing is, they have a relationship with Terminex, so we called ahead and got our inspection done for free a few days before our move. It was nice to know that they weren't going to be introducing bedbugs into their truck and then my furniture, but I would've been annoyed if I hadn't seen it ahead of time.

They kept to their schedules pretty well, they were efficient, and they were fine. I think their pricing was pretty reasonable and good too.

I spent about $800 on that service. They were definitely quick in moving my things out. I was moving out of my ex-husbands house and we had an argument, but they just kept on moving. I would tell other members that they were definitely worth the money that I spent because I was impressed with how quickly they moved everything. There was nothing that was broken or scratched. I thought that pricing was very reasonable.

This past summer we rented a POD storage to use for our move. We needed help with loading the pod because I had an accident involving stitches in my thumb the day before and was basically useless. It took them about 2 hours to load the majority of a two bedroom house into a POD. Much less time that if we had tried to do it - even without a busted thumb.

Everyone I dealt with at the the company was great! We had to change our original reservation date and it was changed with no problems. When it came time to get our final bill, the driver took off charges for a few things that we requested and didn't end up needing (floor protector, mattress protector). They were a pleasure to deal with!

We moved around 20 pieces of heavy furniture along with 35 heavy boxes. Movers were very professional and friendly and they showed up exactly on time. They carefully moved everything with some minor damage along the way. They banged up the corner of some drywall, but prompty apologized and filed a damage report for it. A repair contractor came 3 days later to patch it up along with some scratches on furniture. Overall a smooth move and a great price! This is the second time we've hired 2 Men and a Truck and we'd do it again.
