"We are sorry to see this review. Although we feel it is dishonest at best, we understand that you may be frustrated with final cost and this is your way of lashing out. At Strong-A** Movers, LLC customer satisfaction is our top priority and if at any point you communicated your frustration with us we could have easily remedied the financial stress. Lets be clear however, when our movers arrived you were not prepared for your move. You were still packing, boxes were not labeled, and the condition of your home was extremely unsanitary. We understand that you face circumstances that may make cleaning difficult so we decided to help you despite it being so bad that one of our movers literally broke out in hives and his face began swelling so we were forced to send him home. You were not charged for any down time. You were also moving a lot more then your stated in this review and when you were getting your original quote. We disassembled furniture, moved your mattresses, box springs, side tables, a wardrobe, dressers and lamps, unpacked electronics, your dinning room table and chairs, a couple recliners, your dryer, your food, a coffee table a desk computers, entertainment center, mini fridge, book shelves and hutches plus 50 recycled/reused packed boxes and random items it was a lot more then you stated and you were constantly adding things in the process of your move. We filled the entire 16' truck with no room to spare! Also during the unload you had us rearrange furniture repeatedly! We had to wait for you to tell us where put each box and piece of furniture which slowed things down considerably. When you told us about the dryer we told you that we DO NOT hook up or unhook gas dryers. You pleaded that we try anyway and we explained we would try but would not be liable and did not want to nor suggest it as we did not have the proper tools on hand and it may waist time. If your move was simple as you stated, if our movers arrived to a house that was ready for them, it would have been a faster, cheaper move."
