KATHY ALWAYS COMMUNICATES WELL WITH US ABOUT WHEN THEY WILL BE HERE. SHE AND FAMILY MEMBERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY, HARD-WORKING AND PROFESSIONAL. THE CARPETING IS NEVER DRENCHED. I WAS ALWAYS UNHAPPY WITH OTHER PROFESSIONAL CLEANINGS BECAUSE THE SPOTS CAME BACK. THEY DO A GREAT JOB!
