It was an interesting experience. When they went to take my refrigerator out they thought they had turned off the waterline to the icemaker but they didn't; they turned the water off at the sink and the left the one to the icemaker on. When they let loose the pipe water started spraying everywhere. My dad was there and he had to get to the correct pipe and get it to shut off. So we had that mess to clean up. Right when they first got to my house the oldest one, he was in his early 40's, told me flat out that they expect tips at the end. I was not expecting that. Overall they did a decent job but did not listen very well. I went through all of the boxes and wrote where they were supposed to go with a big, black giant marker -- but they put lots of boxes in the wrong rooms. They were nice enough but I don't think I will use them again.
