The inspector made an appointment to bring the outside service provider for woodwork repairs on may 26th between noon and 1 pm so we can have a complete estimate of both fumigation and repairs. Besides being late the first time, no one ever showed up for the second appointment. I phoned the inspector who said he was trying to reach the woodwork guy. He finally called back to reschedule but I am not too enchanted with his perpetual tardiness.
As to his estimate for fumigation, it was extreme expensive amongst other estimates I obtained.
I will eliminate Orkin as a contender for the job..

I like them because they are very quick. If you ever have an issue, they will come out to your house right away.
