Great    We called the week of Christmas because we had family coming in and the fireplace wouldn't stay lit.  We thought there would be no way to get service the week of Christmas but Jim the serviceman called promptly and told us he could fit us in.but it would be early in the morning. That was no problem for us as we were so happy that he could get us scheduled. Jim was a little late but he did call us to let us know and sincerely apologized. That was ok with us because so many service providers show up late and never have the courtesy to call and inform us. Jim got there and was very pleasant and courteous. He got right to work and explained to me everything he was doing and taught me the proper way to care for our fireplace. Jim took his time and cleaned the entire fascia spotless. It looked like a new fireplace by the time he got done. The reason it wouldn't stay lit was because the pilot was clogged. He cleaned it out and  looked up on the internet the exact way the logs were supposed to be arranged. He also lined all the embers up so it would burn properly. Jim did a GREAT job!!! When he got done the fireplace worked fantastic!! We were able to enjoy our fireplace throughout the Christmas holidays' I can think of nothing he could have done better. I plan on calling Gaslight for regular maintenance and hope to get Jim again...

They came out as promised.  They were prompt and very efficient.  They took care of the problem.  I would recommend them to others needing help with their Weber Gas Grill.

I called and received a price for installation that was quite a bit under two plumbing companies that I contacted. I asked to have the service department call to set up an appointment. Two or three days later, I was contacted by Jack and we set up a time for the following week. He gave me a one hour window, and when he realized he would be a few minutes late, he called to let me know. Jack and Steve were very professional. They made sure there was no mess and fully explained how to work the system. I was very pleased.
