I called Butler plumbing after seeing them on Angie's List. I choose this company in particular because of their rating on the list and the fact that they were located in Covington. I live in an older home in Newport and figured they would be more familiar with these types of dwellings. I called to set up and appointment to have someone come over to look over the job. The day of the appointment, Tim called to say he was going to be late as a heating emergency came up. This was fine as I had the whole day off. Tim came over reviewed what I wanted done and said he would be in touch. I asked for a rough estimate and he thought about $250. Almost 2 weeks went by and I did not hear from him. I called and left a message to get a date scheduled for the work. It was cold weather and I assumed he was busy with heating problems. My work was not a critical as others may have been. I did not get a response until the following Friday. I was on vacation and Tim called to see if he could do the work that day. I called my father who went to my house to let him in. My father said Tim was there about 2.5 hrs. I am very happy with the finished product. I now have heat and a/c in the kitchen and bath!

Excellent job, they were on time, went right to work and knew exactly what they were doing. They also went above and beyond and cleaned out debris in the chimney connecting to furnace. Always professional and fast.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. IN FACT, THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED THE LEAK IN 20 MINUTES. THEY ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR IN THE PLUMBING INDUSTRY. INTEGRITY. GREAT WORKMANSHIP. EFFICIENT.
