They've got great locks, fixtures, doorknobs. We need to do seven doors next at our house and we will go there to get fourteen knobs. They have got pretty good hours. They have some time on saturdays. The quality is excellent. You can walk in if you need a key and get it right there. They're delightful, and great parking! It is expensive but you are getting great stuff.

HE CAME OUT, RE-KEYED THEM AND LEFT. THE NEXT DAY, THE FRONT DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK. HE CAME OUT AND REPAIRED IT. THE FOLLOWING NIGHT, ANOTHER DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK AND I HAD TO CALL HIM AGAIN. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AT 1 PM AND HE DIDN'T COME OUT UNTIL 4PM. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT WITH THE SPACE BETWEEN THE DOOR, THIS LOCK WOULD NOT WORK. HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IN THE FIRST PLACE THAT I WOULD NEED A DEADBOLT INSTEAD. I ENDED UP PAYING AN UNNECESSARY $40 ON THAT ONE LOCK.
