The van was finished as promised after locating the exact glass replacement. The service was very professional and the doors looked like new. We were asked to bring the van back to be washed and inspected in 2 weeks to be sure everything was perfect. We paid the insurance deductible and left the work to them. We couldn't ask for better service.

In the past I have had my car repairs done at at local Ford Dealer but after a tornado came through our area and damaged my car I decided to ask my insurance agent if he had any recommendations. My car was damaged all over from flying debris. I had front and rear bumper repair, roof damage, and the driver and passenger side doors had dents and creases. My agent HIGHLY recommended Eddie and the crew at Airport Industries, also known as Airport Paint and Body. Scheduling for my estimate was easy. They took all my information and Eddie was very hands on during the entire process. He made you feel like you and your car was priority. I had no hesitations leaving my car nor did I worry about it while it was being repaired. They have on-site car rental so having a ride while my car was there wasn't an issue and I didn't have to wait for a representative to come pick me up nor did I have to repeat any of my information. Everyone at the front desk was pleasent and made sure you understood the entire process. I picked my car up on 03/24/2012. The car looked AMAZING!!!! It looked like I just picked it up from the dealership on the day I bought it! I can't even tell that had so many repairs. Eddie met me after hours because of my schedule. He then informed me of the lifetime warranty on repairs and gave me a copy of the contract. He told me to stop in throughout the month for my free car washes for a month that is included with their service. My car is an '09 Ford Fusion in Tuxedo Black (which is a multi color metalic) and it looks like "a million bucks"!!
