On Labor Day my car died as I pulled out of my house. I was sure it was my transmission, but due to the Holiday everywhere was closed. I called another local shop right when they opened at 8am the next day and was told they'd have to call me back because they had a line. After 30 minutes and no call back, I called Ernie's. They had a tow truck to my house within an hour to pick up my car. A few hours later they called me and let me know it was a broken axle, and not my transmission. The quote was $373.16 which included the tow. I gave them the go ahead and my car was fixed by 235pm, just 6 hours after I initially called them- the day after a holiday. My total was $365.71, a few dollars cheaper than quoted. They were extremely efficient, gave a fair price, and got the job done. The other place finally called me back after Ernie's was already working on my car. Ernie's has definitely gained a loyal customer!

Have been using them close to 10 years. The guy that is running it, just bought it from another family member. I forget his name. What made me keep using them? I had a couple situations where I had a problem with an exhaust pipe and it was going to cost me a $1,000 to have it repaired. The guy told me to go to another garage, it was Ryan’s Muffler Shop and it cost me less than $200 to get it fixed.

I am due to go up there and get an oil change in about 3 weeks. I have used them for all kinds of different things. I?ve been with Ernie?s for about 4 or 5 years. It was $700. He?s not the cheapest guy in town, but his work is good. 

I get along with them all, they?re not the classiest guys in town, but they?re dependable and they do respond to you. They?re available, I mean I can always get in and they take care of me most of the time. The workers for a garage, they are pretty good.

The staff is great. I love them to death. They are really approachable and friendly. They explain what they are going to do.

They’re good people. They got me back on the road. I would tell family members that they were fair. They didn’t rip me off. They did only what I asked them. They weren’t bad. They do really good work. They were very professional. They had uniforms on. I would use them again.

Although I live in Union it is worth the trip to Erlanger.  They are the Go-To shop for auto repairs!

They are very good.  The car was older but they had no problem finding parts.  They worked well with me on the  price to get it back in shape.  They definitely take care you of in a professional way.  They were willing to give me an estimate. 

Not knowing exactly what the problem was, Matt was able to fix the problem.  The car is 7 years old and he recommended to have the coolent flushed and replaced as well as the transmission fluid replaced.  He also reminded me it was time for an oil change.  This was not done to get more business, it was a recommendation given the age and milage on the car.  Also they were having a special at the time thus saving me money. 

I have been taking my car to Ernie's for over 6 years now and I have always been satisfied with their service and customer service.  I trust them and they are very timely and upfront as to what needs to be done without pressure. 

The people at Ernie's Garage are fantastic every step of the way. Starting with Phyllis of Ernie's Garage she ensured that I got answers followed by Matt and Ben and everyone at Ernie's.  My daughters 2002 Rav4 needed to be replaced the estimate was over $3000.00. The cost was not a surprise,  but it was Ernie's Garage Positive Attitude that made the difference. They were very patient. My wife and I initially did not want to repair the Rav4, then we changed our mines, then we changed are minds and decided to go ahead with the work, then changed our minds again.  All the while Matt, Ernie's Garage, was patient, answered all of our questions and supported are indecisiveness without a negative remark. He was GREAT. Matt always returned our calls and answer the phone after business hours. They make you fell at home. If you need minor or major work done-Ernie's Garage is  your place. I will continue to send my vehicles to Ernie's.

Total came in below estimated.

I made an appointment for the following day. They started the work on time and quickly finished quickly. They told me the engine light might not be something to worry about.They reset the light and nothing has happened since. They are very nice and honest.

Fixed my car quickly.  I had gone to another garage, more than once, and got the run around.  Not so at Ernie's.  Very friendly staff.  Felt sure that I was not being ripped off.  Will definitely go back.

I like their services. They did exactly what they ever charged for the price and that is about it. I will recommend them to people.
