Not great, not professional, and poor communication. There are three doctors, but you would swear that they do not talk to each other or share notes. Our infant was prescribed a black box adult allergy medicine, and their administration is very lazy.

I loved this practice for the reasons i named above but because i have a different mentality on raising my son, we bumped heads. I was told to stop breastfeeding because i supposedly had low fat milk. I transferred to another doctor and had my milk analyzed only to confirm it contains more calories than the formula.
Description of Work: I saw this provider for 6 months. The advantages are that there is a triage nurse during business hrs, separate waiting areas for sick and well child, prompt response during on call hours. Disadvantages, they are not breastfeeding friendly and push formula particularly Similac.

I have many stories to tell. Starting from the birth of my daughter (now 12). Dr. Ball was in the delivery room and visited her 2 times a day in the nursery and kept me up to date on everything. Then she was in the hospital several times for UTI's, sepsis, pneumonia and a concussion-each time the doctors took plenty of time to explain everything and make sure I understood. Then a couple of years ago she was diagnosed with ADHD and Dr. Pearman has been awesome at explaining and calling to make sure medication is working.
Description of Work: We have had this group of doctors for 12 years. They are always prompt at returning calls, even in the middle of the night. They are caring women who genuinely want to help each parent help their child. I highly recommend these pediatricians to anyone looking for a new doctor.
