 + -1 moreThe individual company was late, we left after waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time. We received only one-page of an inspection report stating that termites were found within the house with an estimate of what it was going to cost to "fix" the problem. This one-page report came by E-MAIL, NOT dated, so I could not provide a specific date of inspection and would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. He came after we left the premises/house which I consider to be very unprofessional. We had questions, we needed answers, this company gave the Seller of the property a quote, but nothing more. Again, I would not recommend this company for any reason to anyone.
Description of Work: Termite inspection for mortgage.
