I have used Guardian Cleaners, LLC for a few jobs. Joe, the owner, is very competitive and will give you the best price he can. Communication is very important when he works with you, he never wants there to be a misunderstanding about what work is supposed to be done (you get a proposal of all the work discussed with pricing) which is great because there is no assuming!
We always do a walk-through at the end of a job.
I continue to use this company. They are a great asset to me. They are also a Veteran-owned company.
