From start to finish, working with Ed and his team was a wonderful experience! We set a date for him to visit our home and see what we had in mind for our basement. Drawing on his considerable experience doing this work, Ed had many great ideas. He could envision the renovated room in ways that we just couldn't. He made a drawing and then a week or so later sent us the drawing and the proposal. We tinkered with a few details, but mostly agreed with his plan. Ed told us when the job would start and end, the time of day when the team would be here, and how the process would unfold. Just as he predicted, the job was finished in 3 weeks and the workers accommodated our special requests along the way (we ended up adding a subfloor and vinyl flooring, a sliding barn door between the main room and the laundry area, and a cat door through the drywall). All of the workers were professional, friendly, and on task. They cleaned up each day after completing their work. We felt very comfortable having the guys in our house when we were at work; we gave them the house key and an alarm code. Everything went off without a hitch. I think being able to trust people in your house is really important for extended jobs like this. These guys are the best! We would definitely hire them again if we decided to add a deck to our house.
