E-Town Exterminating check the traps and make sure if they have, that they let us know. They replace anything that's damaged. They keep an eye on the house and make sure that the termites don't enter the perimeter they use. I've been using them for a couple of years. They seem very reliable and very knowledgeable. They're always there if you need them. When you have a problem, if one of the traps broke, you can call them and they're there. We like them. Usually, the same gentleman comes out every time.

I never had termites get in to our house. I never think that bugs would get into our house. They are always friendly and explain everything. Their price is comparable to others. Whenever there was an issue they have always taken care of it. They always show up on schedule. The guys have been very professional, polite and explained everything.
