I am a liscensed home inspector providing services to central Kentucky. My knowledge as a home inspector is based on 20 years of experience in the residential, commercial, and industrial construction industry. I am a Building Performance Institue certified Building Analyst, Kentucky Ready Mixed Concrete Association certified finisher and previous concrete technician, a skilled framer, and an accomplished housewright. I am able to use my skills and knowledge in each of these areas to provide an accurate, thorough, and unbiased inspection of your potential home. I follow the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors standards of practice, as well as the guidlines set forth by the state of Kentucky.
