She asked me to upgrade the countertops in the bathroom, which we are doing. We had two bathrooms and she suggested that the one in the basements could be made into a double sink since there was room for it. She advised us to paint the basement. We had already done the kitchen and she really liked the kitchen. She is very personable. She came out on her first available date to talk to us.
