 + -1 moreI recently relocated to Elizabethtown Kentucky and with the help of a wonderful real estate team, Melloan realtors, was provided a list of home inspectors who could conduct an inspection of the home i was considering purchasing. I contacted Joe Bowman, provided me with the cost of the inspection and agreed to the time and date of the inspection. Mr. Bowman was punctual, thorough and identified problems that probably would have been overlooked by someone else. I have complete confidence in his findings and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who truly wants a "real" home inspection conducted on their future home.
Description of Work: This gentleman was the most professional, thorough inspector I've ever dealt with. He took his time, inspected the entire house from the crawl space to the roof and patiently took his time to explain what he was finding and providing suggestions for how to fix what he was finding. His report not only provided me with a list of what was wrong, but photographs as well and will provide me with a checklist over the coming months of the things that i will need to take care of.
