I pay them monthly. It was already installed when we bought the house; the builder installed it right after her father passed away so nobody could break in while anyone wasn’t here. When they took our contract over, they came out and explained how it worked and so on. It has a huge, loud beep and it gives me an error when the battery is going dead. The price is reasonable. They call if something goes wrong. Whenever I had an issue they are always here in the time, they say they are going to be here.
