Start Relay was replaced and refrigerator was up and running shortly after service call was started.

I was given a 3 hour window for serviceman's arrival and told he would call before he came.  He called and arrived within that time frame.  He was very courteous and accommodating, showing me what the problem was and explaining it to me.  He replaced the unit and it has worked perfectly.
I also asked him to check the burners on my cook top while he was here.  He assured me they were working correctly,explained how they work and showed me correct cleaning procedures.
I definitely will use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Washer had been getting noisier and noisier. I thought we needed a belt. Then we moved from TN to KY and had to put the washer in storage until we found a place of our own. After a month of moving into our new house the washing machine was even louder and now water was leaking from the bottom. Everyone at work was saying that it might be a hose since the washing machine was in storage it may have dry rotted. The warranty had ran out a few yrs before ( the washer is almost 6yrs old) and since we're new to the area I didn't know who to call. I looked appliance repair in the phone book and decided to call A1 Appliance Service. The lady who answered was nice and pleasant. I couldn't get an appointment for the weekend since they only work Monday-Friday but they did have an opening for the following day. They give a 4hr block time of when they'll be there and call you 30 minutes prior to showing up. Once at our house he looked at the washing machine and knew what was wrong. Said he'll write up an estimate on parts and labor, but once I found out how much it would cost, I told him to go ahead and fix it. He was done in less than a hour. Cleaned up the area and our washer, I paid the bill and he was on his way.

Our insurance company picked them. He put slippers on when he came into our home.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND WHAT EXACTLY WAS BROKEN. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART IN STOCK BUT WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO ORDER IT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THEIR FOLLOW UP AS WELL. THEY CALLED A WEEK LATER TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
