I'm very happy with the job that John did. Having a custom built home with the furnace and blower in one corner of the house, it was a challenge for him to insure that the air was evenly distributed throughout. John fully explained the benefits of the different systems offered. I now have high quality system with the heat or cooling air the same in every room in the house. Highly recommended.

Mr. Oliver done a fantastic job. He was clean from the minute he stepped in my home. He even covered his feet, the only contractor to do this. No mud on my carpet. Great service...had another company out several times last year on a unit less than 3 years old. Mr. Oliver had us up and running within an hour and no problems since. Very nice and professional. He will now be my go to when I need HVAC service.

After dealing with another repair service locally (not on this site) for several months I decided I would try some one different. I emailed Oliver's at 1 AM in the morning and he contacted me later that morning (durning business hours, so this is the same day) and was at my house that afternoon. They discussed with my wife what was wrong and did the repair work. There was a period where the warranty part needed to be replaced and ordered and that was taken care of. (My date of service is approx as I don't recall the exact day of last contact) Call this company. They will treat you well, do a good job, and you can depend on them worry free. They're good people to deal with, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

"From the owners of Oliver's Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC After seeing the review the member gave to our company, I tried to contact them on 08/17/15 at 8:25 pm and got their answering machine. I ask them to call me back that I would like to talk to them. I tried to call them back again the next day and again got their voice mail. They would not call me back. I am sorry that I could not talk to them to see what day they called my company. I would like to know who was working that day so I could make sure this did not happen again. I spend thousands of dollars a year for advertisement so we can get these calls from customers looking for heating & air service. I don't like what has happen to them and also to my company's good name. We work hard to do a high quality job for every customer. What the member didn't know about our company before giving us a bad review is that there are not many heating & air conditioning company's out there that pours back into our community like we do and probably the only company that has prayed with our sick customers while at their homes. We do care and don't deserve this rating for one missed call. Thank you Mr. Oliver"

I called Oliver's heating/air around 8:30am and he answered; that was amazIng, since the last two calls to a different company was an answering machine. I explained that our air conditioning wasn't cooling and he took my information and said he would be at my house between 12:30 and 1:00. He was here shortly after 12:00. He and his associate were clean cut, nice, and explained what was causing the problem and what he was going to do to correct it. I was confident that he was a man of his word and would do a good job and it would be done right. I was NOT disappointed. I'm one satisfied and cool customer! Thank you, Mr. Oliver!

From our first telephone contact with Mr. Oliver, through the completion of the project, he was very professional and courteous. He explained the new system thoroughly and answered all questions. He and his assistant wore booties whenever they entered our home, and left everything neat and clean.
He went to the extra effort of filing our warranty for us and providing us with a copy, as well as filing necessary paperwork with our local RECC in order for us to obtain a $500 rebate for the new energy-efficient system.
We would definitely recommend Oliver's Heat and Air.
