Based on a previous negative review of the survey company due to a cut wire on an underground pet fence system, we proactively reached out to them beforehand and informed them of our underground dog containment system as well as the locations of the underground wiring for their reference and planning purposes. They were very appreciative of this and we had no subsequent issues with any of the underground wiring.
"Our company was never on Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s property. Therefore, his accusation was based on false information and assumptions. My attorney contacted the company who fixed his fence, and they said they didn't see where any tool or other object was stuck into the grass. I was never under contract to do work for Mr. [Member Name Removed], and he proceeded to make false claims about our company on a public forum such as this. I was not aware of even being on Angies List for any review, because we had never signed up to be on it. A potential customer called me and she mentioned she saw our company on Angies List. That was the first I was aware of Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s false statements about our company. I hate to think how many potential customers didn't contact us for a potential survey after reading his false claims and damaging review of our company."
