POOR, he never finished the work.

Robert came out quickly and went over our options. We had to cut a hole in the drywall so he could replace the pipe leading to the showerhead. The actual repair went smoothly, however he never came back to put a panel on the hole that he told me he had. There was a period of several weeks where we couldn't get Robert ut to patch the hole and I finally repaired the wall myself.
