Estimate was reasonable, work was done timely, excellent quality.  Have hired Steve numerous times and have stopped getting estimates from other painters due to his quality work at reasonable prices. 

This job requirred approximately one day of time. I had to reschedule more than once because he made other appointments on the day he scheduled my work. I told him he could work from 9:00 to 5:00 and he showed up at 11:00 a.m. saying he had to go to someone elses property first. He did well at first, then stopped using the green cleaner on the last half of the house that was called for in the contract. There were numerous areas that were missed due to arriving late and rushing. I stayed until 7:00 to let him try and finish. He power washed one chimney, then said he had not noticed the second one and would have to come back another day and charge extra. He never came back to finish the job so I withheld 10% from the pay.

Finished product is excellent. This is 3rd job Steve has done at our home. He is trustworthy, detail oriented, works hard to complete job timely, and has done only quality work for us. Job quote was slightly lower than 2 other quotes. I recommend highly and will hire again.

I was very concerned about this job as my house was really in bad shape. Steve Earle showed very professional and honest. He was concerned by the fact that a lot of the loose wall paint came off of the stucco walls with the first pressure washing, and that more of it was beginning to peel off in sheets. He told me that for this paint job to last long term, all of the stucco paint would have to be removed and we would have to start fresh with bare walls. It was a difficult decision as this increased the cost of the job, but I do not regret it. Steve is also very punctual and very friendly to work with. To me, he did a very good job. My neighbours across the street seem to agree with this as they want to hire him!
