Mr. Bennet promised us during demolition that he would protect the surrounding properties with plywood and bails of hay. Also stated that he would cut the building fascade to correctly seperate the buildings, he also stated he would manually remove the sign from the front of the building. None of this was done!!! The Sign went through the neighboring plate glass front window. It also damaged the front of the neighboring building, from not cutting the separation i the facade. We protected the the neighboring businesses properties with the haybails and wood not his company. Also, a section of the wall fell on neighborig building causing excessive damage and to the roof and structural integrity of the building. Eventually resulting in the demolition of that building. Mr.Bennett had no remorse & had no intention to repair or reimburse for the damage he caused...DO NOT LET THIS GUY ON YOUR PROPERTY !!! This man cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in damage..
Description of Work: Rick Bennet is dangerous. He has no welfare or concern for anyone's property or safety. He is also very unprofessional. Yelling and threatening people while on job sites. With no regards for the person he is doing work for.
