VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE

There was an issue with the antifreeze when it wasn't put in the car correctly but every other time they have been nice and courteous.

This is the only place that I go to get my oil changed! The folks here are really nice, and it usually takes no time at all to get in and out! I like that you don't have to have an appointment and I can just drop by when it is convenient for me. I am usually there for less than 20 minutes, sometimes a half an hour, but it's no big deal! The attendants are friendly and knowledgable and I have never had a problem with them doing the right jobs. The price isn't bad either, a little bit more than doing it yourself, but not too bad!

They did great, a young lady talked me through what was going on under the hood. She told me what I needed and what I would need in the future. All of this information was displayed on a screen to my left (of the vehicle). The technician showed me my oil level and next thing I knew I was rolling out the door. I have waited in DR offices longer than this wait.

I drove up, they had 2 cars in the store. My first reaction was I dont have time to wait but just as I got ready to throw it in reverse a young man stepped out and said "Pull in behind the car on the left, he is about to pull out and we can take care of you". I was impressed and pulled in behind the first car. As he said they dropped the hood on that car and guided me in. The technician was watching my tires and guided me in with great ease. The store manager, Doug, was VERY helpful on servicing my truck. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, many of which were just to see if he could tell me correctly. I have had bad experiences with Oil Change Services in the past and wanted to make sure my truck was in good hands. They checked all my fluids and tire pressure. They even showed me some wear on my rear tires and said I may need to get them rotated in the near future. They answered all my questions and were very informative. After changing my oil and air filter they gave me my invoice and guided me out. This type of service is not common these days and I am VERY impressed.
