The number I had been given by my daughter was for the brother where I had left the message and I called the other number listed and got the cell to finally connect. He had tried to leave me a message but had misdialed.( Not surprising as I had an out of state #)
Got an appointment the next day once we connected with no problem.
My daughter had used them on 2 occasions before for refrigerator repair once for freezer and was pleased. So we have 3 good experiences with them.
