It went very smoothly with Ed Parker’s expertise, extensive knowledge and wonderful communication skills!!!! This experience of dealing with my home insurance and the repairs needed, were all very new to me; I felt very overwhelmed. Mr. Parker was calming, informative, professional and also personable. His crew performed the needed job/tasks very concisely and appears to have abated the roof leak issues. I feel very blessed and grateful for Mr. Parker & his Company (Lexington Home Improvement) that consisted of his leadership and his hardworking staff that got the JOB DONE RIGHT!!!

After a few days of rain delays a great day came along. It took the crew 10 hours to completely remove the old shingles and tar paper then completely reroof the entire house using 72 sq. of underlayment and dimensional shingles. The crew also cleaned up and pulled magnets over the area picking up stray or dropped nails. They did an excellent job!! I highly recommend Ed and his crew. Ed was also the only roofer, out of 5 others, who called back and came out to give an estimate.

After several attempts to fix the leaks, including a new roof, chimney repairs and etc., problems still occurred. After Mr. Parker and his associates assessed the situation, they were finally able to locate the problems and fix the roof. After three years I’m relieved that the repairs worked.

It went great. Mr. Parker was excellent with helping us get all the money we deserved from the insurance company. The roofers were excellent, they tore off and installed the roof in one day. Mr. Parker also patiently worked around our timing to complete the interior drywall work.

After making many calls to other roofers. Who never returned our calls. The experience we received from Ed Parker was Incredible. Very respectful, prompt, helpful with the whole process of having our roof replaced. We are very Thankful the others made a choice to not call back or show up to appointments set. Work crew showed up for work on time, early in the morning and stayed on job site until work was completed in the evening. They covered all the bushes and drive way with tarp to prevent roofing nails getting into grass and/or driveway, thereby, causing injury and/or puncturing car tires. They exhibited great professionalism and courtesy. I am totally satisfied with the work they've done. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roofing and/or siding work to be done.
