Selected this contractor based on Angie's List rating and the fact that they are a family-owned drywall business. Because of circumstances they say were beyond their control, they used a new material supplier, who failed at a number of points, and a subcontractor for the actual drywall work. In short, the family served as general contractor. Communication was terrible. Several times the family told us the subcontractors were coming and we would sit at home for hours and then no-show. Lots of apologies from Bray's, but the job they thought would take a week or so took a month and we are still waiting for the subcontractor to return to correct his poor work. We understand it is hard to get anyone to work these days. That is why we didn't want to be in a situation with a general contractor who was dependent on subcontractors for the work. We would have fired them before the work actually began, but we paid their required materials deposit and so we were stuck. I am guessing they have learned a valuable lesson and future customers will hopefully have a better experience. But, for us and this one experience, we are very disappointed.

Dont even bother with the big companies, these guys are way better and more cost effective. Professional as h*** and their work is A+ quality. Had em clean my entire house and fix alot of the drywall and paint. Had my whole garage get drywall as well. They are the whole package. 100% would give them my buisness

Everything went smoothly from the first call to the finish of the project everyone was super helpful and informative. The estimate was super easy to schedule they're very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Roberto did an amazing job finishing and it was spotless when they left. I will definitely hire them again in the future.
