Bell Refrigeration & Air Conditionitioning

Mr. Bell worked with me to lower cost on replacing the ice maker and optic components by allowing me to order the parts from Amazon and installing them for me after delivery. He made three trips to the house and only charged for one service call! I will definitely use his services anytime I need refrigeration work!

The service man quickly returned my call and came promptly. He was able to fix the problem immediately. I would call Bell again in the future.

Prompt response ,quick acquisition of parts and follow up visit.

I called Bell's in the early afternoon of Wednesday, 8/14 (after I found Bell's listed on Angie's List). He responded within an hour and he was and quot;at my doorand quot; by 5:00 p.m. the same day. He had to drive 20+ miles to get here because I live in a different county.
I had a problem with my Maytag refrigerator. It was running, but it wouldn't get cold. He checked it out and told me that the compressor wasn't working. He tried to get it running again by replacing the relay, but that didn't work (in fact, his relay and quot;burned outand quot; in the process of trying to get the compressor to run).
He told me that I would have to replace the compressor, but that I could buy a new refrigerator for what it would cost to replace the compressor. After he gave me an estimate to buy a new compressor and have it installed, I agreed that it wasn't worth it to do that work.

I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the technician, and I would ABSOLUTELY call Bell's again if I had another problem with a large appliance. He only charged me the originally agreed amount for the and quot;service calland quot; ($65); he did NOT charge me for the burned-out relay.
I feel thiscompany is completely trustworthy!!! The technician (Barry?) was extremely helpful and courteous!!!
I told him that I would be sure to give Bell's an excellent review on Angie's List (I had told him upfront that I found his company's name on Angie's list, which was why I called them).

Bell Refrigeration made two trips to the house, one to diagnose and the second to replace the board. Repairman arrived when scheduled. Service was quick and I felt like the charge for the house calls was very reasonable. Very polite and easy to work with. I have worked with Bell Refrigeration before this repair and will call on them again if I need this type of repair in the future.
