They performed the needed repairs as promised and when promised. After I picked up the car and drove it for a while I discovered a related problem. I took it back, they apologized and did significant additional work and charged me nothing for it because they said it was their fault that they didn't take care of it initially. This business has been in Danville for nearly 40 years and I have taken all my vehicles to them and recommend them to anyone needed honest quality work at a fair price. More than once, they've told me that a service I've requested didn't need to be done and more than once they've suggested that I take my vehicle to a dealership where the work was done more routinely and would be better done there than by Automate. That's honesty! And, in the auto service business it really does matter. I've never been disappointed once in all the years I've used Automate .

They are reasonably priced. Their service is good and they offer service on Saturdays and after 5:00 P.M. I could actually make it back from work and pick up my car.

They are very quick and reliable. Called in the morning and had the starter replaced by noon. And the price seemed fair. We did have to take the car in twice, once in early January and once in late January. Wish they could have identified that the starter was going bad the first time the car was in the shop.

Very prompt service and affordable

Repaired noisey brakes from previous brake job (from Auto Mate). They probably would not of charged for the repair since they were the ones who did the original work. But, I took several months to get back with the problem. In the past, they have always made it right.

Went well. Also told me that my tires needed rotated and did that for no charge extra!

They provided me with what I needed to have my car running again, and did only the work that I asked. They told me what it would take to have the air working again, and the price to go along with the work. They gave me a ride back to work while they worked on my Tahoe. I have taken my vehicles to them for about 11 years now, and would recomend them to anyone that needs to have auto maintenance done. They have always been very honest with me, and when they were unable to fix something on one of my vehicles, they would recomended someone else to take it to.
