Overall the service quality was bad. There were many quality violations, including backward flashing that had to be changed or was missing all together. Shingles were put on backward on the dormers. They over cut windows that they filled with putty to fix. The stucco was not installed property which caused rotting. There were also leaks. They did not like to be told what to do when something was wrong. They came out once to fix some issues, but in the end they did not return phone calls for work. The overall work was very poor.
