I have used them twice and they were excellent. They were able to get to the project sooner than promised, and the results look great.

They have the complete charge of our lawn. They did an excellent job. They have renovated my front lawn and maintaining that but last year they did the front and the back. They come every time it needs to be mowed of fertilized. I never have to worry about it and it's just great. They just come in and take responsibility for it. They are just excellent. We have done so many different things like fertilizing; mowing and they have completely torn off our grass and started from scratch. It's been a lot of different prices but their prices are fair. It's an excellent value for what we paid. They are one of the best companies we've ever worked with.

first class operation

We initially spoke with PLM and received an estimate from them in late March. Due to frequent and heavy spring rains, our project was delayed until early June. This was frustrating although we realize that the weather was out of their control. PLM did also give us a $200 discount for the delay. Once work began on the project, we were pleased with the results. My only criticism was a lack of communication on the final cost of the work. The initial estimate was for $2200. When we changed from seeding the yard to sod, we were told that would be about $1000 additional expense. The final cost including a $200 discount was $3500. My impression was that the job was larger than they expected initially and the additional costs were legitimate. I do not feel that the final price is unfair or unreasonable. I just wish it had been better communicated rather than finding out the final bill was about $500 higher than I thought it was going to be. Overall, I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely use PLM again.

We had a wonderful experience with PLM Landscaping. We bought a home that had been vacant for about a year and the yard was in rough shape. Rich came out and gave us a quote on all the work we wanted to have done. He came by I believe the same or next day after I contacted him through Angie's List. He was professional and friendly. We needed our back yard to be completely sodded, shrubs removed, ivy ground cover removed, trees and shrubs trimmed, leaves removed, and a truck-full of rocks added to our landscape. We are extremely happy with the way everything turned out. The sod looks amazing and the whole yard really looks pulled together. We are going to continue using PLM for our bi-weekly lawn care and maintenance.

WONDERFUL experience from the beginning to the end.

I thought they were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job. They were dependable. They worked really hard. I was just amazed. They were so good we are going to continue to use them for our lawn service. We thought their price was fair. Everything they said they were going to do they did. We were just amazed at the lengths they went to to refurbish our yard. We thought it was just throwing down seed but there were so many steps. They did every step and it was just awesome.

Rich was easy to get in touch with and resposive by phone and email. He and his crew worked really hard and got everything done in a timely manner. Did several extra things like trim the bushes in back, edge the driveway for no extra charge. Super nice team - will use them again for sure!
