The service man showed up within the time frame quoted on the phone. 
He inspected the Hot Water Heater and Relit the Pilot light. 
He stayed a few extra minutes to ensure the problem was not more extensive and demonstrated how to relight the pilot light in the future.

he was very courteous. I like to ask a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered all of them. He had everything fixed that I had requested before he left my home. I was very pleased.

Here is the issue with Griffin:
They are a family owned business and they are good. Our problem is with one specific plumber. The problem is that 90% of the time that we need a plumber they send this one particular plumber to our home. We will never let him come in our home again. He talks about himself constantly and missed something so simple as a leaking kitchen faucet that ultimately led to flooding our finished basement. He assured us 100% it wasn't the faucet, yet my husband found it the next day very easily. It's sad, because they were the contractors that plumbed our new home but we can't take the chance with them again.

I use them everytime we have a plumbing issue. They are a great local plumbing company. Their price is great. They are always on time and call before they come. We have used them serval times over the years. They do a great job on our main home and also our rental.

I called Griffin Plumbing about a basement toilet with a very small leak. Even though I told them it was not an emergency, they had a plumber available the same afternoon. He told me what the problem was and fixed it in less than an hour. The repairman was very professional and neat, cleaning after himself. Even though this wasn't a big job and wasn't an emergency, I will definitely be using them in the future for other repairs.

They are honest, have fair prices, and do a superb job. I don't use anybody else. The workers are so wonderful. No complications.

We found a backed up toilet in the basement of our home and realized that the main line leading out to the septic tank was clogged. We called Griffin Plumbing over the weekend and asked them to come out on Monday morning. They arrived promptly on Monday morning and not only fixed the clog but cleaned up the mess in the bathroom from the backup. I would refer anyone looking for a plumber to them and I would absolutely use them again. They also did all of the plumbing when we built our house years ago and did a fantastic job.

They came back the second time to fix what they did the first time. I'm not paying for the two hours that they used to fix what they did the first time. I don't think they know what they are doing. They are skilled or educated about what they are doing.
