My air conditioner went out yesterday. At about 10:30 PM I discovered the outdoor motor was inoperative. I called Jerry Havens and explained my desperation since it was hot, but more importantly, my wife was ill with terminal cancer and with limited time left. She needed to be kept cool. Jerry came rapidly over and fixed the problem immediately. It was a blown motor starting capacitor. Jerry is more than just a businessman; he is a caring and helping true community neighbor. He is and always will be my heating and air conditioning man.
