Vendor failed to provide service that was requested. Bought carpet and scheduled install. Two days were allotted for install of tile and carpet in basement. Installers arrived and laid tile and some tack strip and dropped job to move on to bigger job at Prison. Sales personnel at shop stated that job was scheduled for one day only and that contractor had not provided enough light. Both statements were untrue. Contractor was on site and provided enough light and was willing to add more, but installers said that was not the problem when they were on site. When asked to send over another crew, Fabulous Floors reported that they had only one Install crew and it would be weeks before they came back.

Highly recommend. Wonderful customer service and overall excellent experience. Jill worked with us and was so helpful with our carpet choices. They worked to keep us within budget and were very professional. Installer was prompt and did a great job. There was a manufacturers defect in one of the carpets. They quickly removed and replaced the carpet at no cost. Will definitely use again.

The repair he did was so bad that even the realtor said, and quot;I could have done a better job than that.and quot; If the repair work was going to be so bad for a very expensive $85 the contractor should have said something up front, thereby giving us the option of doing the repairs ourselves.

They were really good. They did a good job and they were neat.

Jill worked with us for several weeks in preparation for this project. Once we made our decision, they ordered the supplies promptly and established a start date to work around our vacation schedule. We were told upfront that installation would take about 2 weeks due to the amount of work to be done which we thought was a little long but we agreed. Crews arrived as scheduled and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Crews checked with us before they left to make sure that all the loose ends were handled. Job came in on budget and within agreed upon time. The floors look great! We are very satisfied with the product and the overall experience.

Mohawk "Smartstrand" Carpeting installed Fall 2008. The heavy traffic areas looked dirty, even after cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner. After trying to clean the area a couple of times, the owner of the carpet cleaning company said it was not dirty but the dark spots were caused by "fiber pooling." A carpet technician who checked the carpet sent information to Fabulous Floors who sent it to Mohawk. Mohawk and Fabulous Floors both refused to do anything to clear up this situation even though I expressed my disappointment in the carpet. We are a couple in our 70's with no children or pets and kept the carpet as clean as possible but we were embarrassed to have company because of the carpet looking so dirty. [We had new carpeting installed by Carpet Mart in July 2012 (less than 4 years after purchasing the carpeting from Fabulous Floors) and we are very pleased with the carpeting and the wonderful service and attitude at Carpet Mart.]

We highly recommend them. They were excellent. They were very helpful in helping us decide what to lay down first of all and they helped us to make the selection. Their installers were very polite, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. There were no problems with the floor.

Will concentrate on latest dealings for approximately 900 sqft. carpet in basement. We went to the store to discuss types of carpet, etc. Julie waited on us, came to the house to measure, helped us make decisions based upon our needs, wants, prices. Date was set for installation. Only complaint is that the installer put new carpeting over old on the basement steps without my knowing. My husband MAY have known! Rest of job was done perfectly. The installer and his wife moved all furniture and replaced it and cleaned afterward. We were satisfied and would use again.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB, WHEN WE DID HAVE AN ISSUE THEY HAD THE INSTALLER COME OUT IMMEDIATELY. IT'S THE SECOND TIME WE HAD WORK DONE BY THEM. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK EACH TIME.

WE'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP, THE INSTALLATION AND THE PRICE. THE ROOM WAS EMPTY WHEN THEY DID THE WORK, BUT IT'S NOT WHAT THEY REQUIRE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, THEY HAD GOOD PROFESSIONALISM. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO US TO MAKE SURE THAT WE GOT THE PRICE WE WANTED. THEY WERE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DID, AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH US BECAUSE WE SPENT A LONG TIME LOOKING AROUND AT OTHER STORES, BEFORE WE DECIDED ON THEM.

I DO NOT LIKE SPENDING MONEY, SO THAT IS WHY I THINK THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THERE WAS ONE SPOT THAT WAS A LITTLE MESSED UP, BUT THEY WORKED ON GETTING IT STRAIGHTENED OUT. MY WIFE IS HAPPY SO THAT MEANS THAT I AM HAPPY.
