Very professional.
I really do not know the going rate for this type service, but they were local, they picked up and dropped off the mower, because I do not have a truck.
There was a bit of confusion towards the end, as there were two work orders open for the same mower and was trying to process a second time after I had already paid for the service and was waiting for delivery. They had to call me back after they eventually figured it out and got it fixed.
Regardless, I will use them again.

After a pick up was scheduled, Beards loosened the nuts and returned the mower. They also called and advised that there would be no charge. So they did stand behind their work. That's why they have such a good reputation!

I have to take my mower to them; they do not come to me. My mower ran great after they did it; I was happy with it. They do a nice job; they usually do not replace the carburetor but they did it for about $18 and it runs like new. The carburetor replacement is not part of the routine tune-up; they charge extra for it.

They are a family owned business and I have used them several times in the past. They are really personal and are very easy to deal with. They will help me find what I want.
