Unfortunately the project was a complete disaster. The company came in with lots of promises and a large work crew however they failed to delivery completely. Consistently there were problems between the owner and the project manager which I as the homeowner had to mitigate. They worked a lot of hours but weren't making a lot of progress and thereafter when used up about 75% of the contracted amount indicated there's not enough money to finish the job and that they wanted to increase the contract by 35%!! When this obviously wasn't agreed to they then indicated they would finish the job, failed to show up for two weeks, and then thereafter the owner called said he's having a problem with the crew and asked to be released from the contract. In exchange he would return MY money that they used to purchase over 2k worth of tools without my permission through our corporate account. Few weeks since and after getting a run around they never finished the job, never returned any money, and now have completely disappeared. This is NOT a firm you EVER want to deal with. Other affiliated companies are REDMARQ HOMES, LEGENDS OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
