Outstanding customer service by Brian and partner. Brian was very kind and courteous when I first called on the weekend. He is always very patient and thorough when answering questions. His quality service provides the highest level of satisfaction that his competitors do not match. I have received two service calls with Brian and I am very happy I chose action for my HVAC needs. I signed up for a service agreement that I thought was very reasonable and includes removing the $69 service call for weekday calls for service agreement customers. Brian has shown himself to have the highest skill in his craft. He answers any question and will not give up until he has satisfied the customer. Brian is just a very pleasant person to deal with. I hope the rest of the company are like him.

Another great service experience with Action.  A part needed to be replaced on my blower motor.  They charged me $31 for the same part another local company charged me $90+ for a couple of years ago.  After experience with several other locally owned companies, my experience with Action does not compare...they are a great company to deal with!!!

We've been extremely satisfied with Action.  As previously mentioned by other reviewers, the company is small and family-owned.  They give you a lot of personal attention, but yet they are reasonably priced.  They installed a new Tempstar furnace and A/C a few years ago and we've been very pleased.  Nothing but praise for this company and their products.

I got a couple of upgrades.  I think it was $4500 which included a humidifier, air cleanser, filter and take away and hauling of my old one.  The electric company here and they had us people listed for a rebate of $200 if we upgraded our air conditioner so I cross checked this electric company with Action Heating & Air and when I saw them as listed in Angies List as well as on this electrical company list I went with them and also they were local and their prices were better.  I have not used them yet.  I assume it works but I know that if it does not work I can call them and they will come and fix it.

My experience with them went very well. I have used them before years ago. It is a small company. They are personable. If we need a little bit more immediate help and service the owner is very involved. I think the cost was very reasonable. They are very efficient. When I did have problems they took care of it right away. I would use them again in the future.

He is my heating contractor.  I am very happy with him and have been using him for years.  He is reliable and I can get him, when I call just within a day.  I don’t know if it is because I have used him for so many years, I think sometimes it does, to be honest about it.  His work I don’t have to climb back at it.  From things I have read the price is within the same area.  His responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are excellent.  I will call him in another week or two, again.  When I moved here 20 years ago, people before me had him, I had him and really like him.
