PC Repair, peripherals, networking. Business management, leveraging computers and software to improve productivity and decrease downtime. Locally owned an operated I offer competitive pricing with free estimates. I believe in offering people guidance and training so they are able to address issues themselves and save time and money. I have over 20 years of IT support experience. It started with local services to neighbors, friend, and family in highschool. Afterwards over ten years of Corporate IT support for the largest Fortune 50 company headquartered in Louisville. I worked my way from tech to managing the techs, then to managing a globaly used cloud print solution, supported printers and copiers across the globe, and saved them millions by reducing lease costs and renegotiating contracts with vendors. At the end of the day the most rewarding feeling is fixing someone's issue, or showing them how to work around an issue that previously prevented them from moving forward in a task.
