Everything went very well. Dr. Baker and her team did a good job explaining the charges and which line items were estimates (in case any extractions were needed).

Dr. Baker and her team are the BEST when it comes to the health and welfare of your pets.
I have never been to a veterinary office that takes as much time and personal care of my pets - just as I would.
I cannot tell you how happy I am with them!

Dr. Baker's knowledge and love for animals is apparent in the way she works, and interacts with each one.
You do not feel rushed - or that any question you may have is unimportant. She takes the time to answer them, and if she can provide any suggestions or referrals for other services, she does that as well!

I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a wonderful, caring Vet!

I recently took my newly adopted 3 year old pit bull mix to see Dr.
Baker. The original purpose of the visit was just to meet the doctor and
get my dog started on heart worm prevention and flea and tick
prevention. As a rescue, my dog was scared at the vet's office. However,
the staff was VERY patient and accommodating to her. They didn't rush
through the visit and made every effort to make her more comfortable.
They even smeared peanut butter all over the exam room for her to lick
up! At one point my self, the doctor and the vet tech, Sheena, were all
sitting on the floor around the dog.
During the exam Dr. Baker drew
her blood to test it for heart worm. Well, unfortunately the results
came up positive for heart worm. We started her on the treatment to get
kill the heart worms. This is a very painful and difficult treatment for
the dog. Not only is the injection very painful, but during the 8 week
process my dog isn't allowed ANY exercise.
As a first time dog
owner, I was uneducated about the process. Dr. Baker and her staff have
really taken their time and answered all of my questions. Dr. Baker even
gave me her cell phone number and said that I shouldn't hesitate to
call or text her with questions or concerns. After my dog's first
injection, the vet tech called me at home to check in on her and answer
any questions. I have been extremely happy with Dr. Baker. She is a very
good vet with exceptional bedside manner. I have full confidence that
my dog will make a full recovery due to Dr. Baker's treatment. I would
highly recommended her to anyone.

The techs take care of my pups very well and we got into an exam room about 10 minutes after arriving. Dr. Baker covers all bases when she examines my dogs, mentioning possible future issues as well as treating for the ones I came in for. She explained the condition she suspected, told me the possible treatments and outcomes and then took one of my dogs for a blood test and a shot for nausea. My dog's test showed a borderline possibility of the condition so we have been treating him as if he had it. Diarrhea stopped right away, eating picked up, and he was back to his old self in a week.

Dr. Baker is exceptional as a veterinarian - for she takes time to make the animal feel comfortable in her presence, and does not prescribe unnecessary medicines - the latter of which many vets do in order to only make a buck. She is very knowledgable and thorough, and is receptive to all questions we have.

It was an emergency visit at 11 in the night. We called the veterinarian and then met her at the office. Later on, she immediately started the treatment. We would have lost our little dog if she wouldn’t have done that. My dog had to get treated for a cramp. She also had to have a very large tumor removed, 2 weeks earlier. It was healing well and we also had some fluid drainage being pulled off the dog. It was due to the stress of the surgery and her age that she got into full body spasm. She couldn’t even stand up. She had labored breathing and every time we used to upright her, she would fall over. She was tight as a drum and bloated. She was very sick. My pet sitter is affiliated with the veterinarian and so, we called our pet sitter first. Since it was an emergency we didn’t call her office. So, my pet sitter gave us her home phone number. We called her at 10:30 at night and she was very kind. She asked us to wrap up our dog and bring her to the clinic. We were there with her till 1 in the morning. Later on, she was there till 3 in the morning doing a research on the cramp that my dog had. You don’t find many vets who will do that. She is marvelous and we love her. My dog has recuperated very well now. She is better than she was before this happened. She is on a routine anti-inflammatory and antibiotics now. She was on IV fluids and IV medicines for 3 days and spent 4 days in the clinic. We used to get 3 to 4 calls from the office reporting us about her health. We used to visit her twice a day and they allowed us back into the clinic area to be with her. The night we admitted her, we assisted her with IV’s and other stuff too, as she was alone. That’s how open the vet was. It wasn’t like we were locked out in the front office, while she worked on her and we didn’t have to worry about what she was doing. She also performed a second surgery after the first one just because she wanted to make sure that she didn’t miss anything. She also informed us about the second surgery when our dog got better. She didn’t find anything remarkable after the second surgery. There was no infection or leakage of the lymph nodes, as it was under her arms. There was just a small little blood clot and she did not charge us for that surgery, as she told us that she did it for her own satisfaction. I have had many vets in my time, but never have come across a vet like her. She is the best. She is very holistic and aggressive when she needs to be. Everybody in her office is very nice.

I quickly scheduled an appointment. The staff was very friendly and responsive. I did have to wait, but not too long. The doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate, and explained the illness clearly. Her treatment alleviated the problem almost immediately. She did not pressure me to get other health services since I was there. She gave me good alternatives if the treatment had not worked. I was very satisfied. The price was surprisingly low.
