Dr. Baker and her team are the BEST when it comes to the health and welfare of your pets.
I have never been to a veterinary office that takes as much time and personal care of my pets - just as I would.
I cannot tell you how happy I am with them!
Dr. Baker's knowledge and love for animals is apparent in the way she works, and interacts with each one.
You do not feel rushed - or that any question you may have is unimportant. She takes the time to answer them, and if she can provide any suggestions or referrals for other services, she does that as well!
Baker. The original purpose of the visit was just to meet the doctor and
get my dog started on heart worm prevention and flea and tick
prevention. As a rescue, my dog was scared at the vet's office. However,
the staff was VERY patient and accommodating to her. They didn't rush
through the visit and made every effort to make her more comfortable.
They even smeared peanut butter all over the exam room for her to lick
up! At one point my self, the doctor and the vet tech, Sheena, were all
sitting on the floor around the dog.
During the exam Dr. Baker drew
her blood to test it for heart worm. Well, unfortunately the results
came up positive for heart worm. We started her on the treatment to get
kill the heart worms. This is a very painful and difficult treatment for
the dog. Not only is the injection very painful, but during the 8 week
process my dog isn't allowed ANY exercise.
As a first time dog
owner, I was uneducated about the process. Dr. Baker and her staff have
really taken their time and answered all of my questions. Dr. Baker even
gave me her cell phone number and said that I shouldn't hesitate to
call or text her with questions or concerns. After my dog's first
injection, the vet tech called me at home to check in on her and answer
any questions. I have been extremely happy with Dr. Baker. She is a very
good vet with exceptional bedside manner. I have full confidence that
my dog will make a full recovery due to Dr. Baker's treatment. I would
highly recommended her to anyone.
