I purchased flowers for my parents' 35th anniversary. I spent $93.40 ($8 delivery charge) and all they got were 4 roses and 3 lillies and a vase stuffed with green leaves! Not only were they cheap flowers that my 9 year old could have arranged, but they delivered the flowers on the wrong date! I tried to get it resolved by either getting a credit or another arrangement, to add insult to injury the woman denied that what I saw in the vase was what they sent. I did not get so much as an apology much less satisfaction! I would never purchase flowers from the Enchanted Florist! OVER PRICED! CHEAP FLOWERS! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
