 + -1 moreThe company said the work would take seven business days. We started calling on the sixth day and the laptop was not finished. We continued to call each day and were finally told not too pleasantly, not to call, they would call us. Finally, on the tenth day, they called to tell us that they had broken the screen. The screen had already been cracked but they really broke it. The delay was due to them having to get a new screen. They would replace the screen at no charge. After approximately 14 business days, they called to say that they could not fix the machine. The problem was the connection between the power source and the motherboard. To replace the motherboard would cost more than the laptop. So the laptop has a new screen but is unusable.
Description of Work: Replace electric connection on laptop.
