Sharon Demoss is so incompetent. She just sent letters to the entire neighborhood with wrong information. (See pics) the sad part is, they sent a correction letter and it's still wrong. Our monthly payment coupons say our late fee is $20. It states in the letter it's $35. I emailed Sharon about this THREE YEARS AGO. Still not fixed. It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic to see how truly incompetent these people are. And don't expect them to actually speak English. They sent a correction letter that said "the fees have will be..." This woman has NEVER proofread a letter in her life. So glad we pay these people to manage our finances. We will soon be coming up on the FOUR year anniversary of my condo fire. Bob Rentz exploited a double coverage insurance situation on my condo so his family could profit. In the meantime, I had to pay to fix my condo out of pocket and I have collected nothing. Bob Rentz lied to me on numerous occasions and I have the emails to prove it. One example is when he told me that the insurance company agreed to cover my HOA fees during reconstruction. An investigation by the Ohio Department of Insurance proved that the insurance companies never agreed to any such thing. Bob Rentz and Sharon Demoss do not care about the people in their communities. More proof: 67 days after the fire in my condo Sharon Demoss sent me an emails saying she "had no idea my condo was still in limbo" How do you call yourself a property manager when you have no clue what is going on? Throughout the entire ordeal neither Bob nor Sharon would answer basic questions like "when will construction begin". Furthermore, Bob's brother at Rentz Fine Homes refused to leave my property or return the key to my home when I asked them to leave. I had to get an attorney to get them off my property. Apparently Bob and his brother have no regard to the homeowners wishes as they are too concerned about making money off people's misfortune. They are all the lowest form of scum. Pure evil. And completely incompetent. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
