Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing.

Fantastic! Ed, Danny and their entire team did a wonderful job. Our roof is approx. 75,000 square feet with lots of angles and corners and the job took about 2 weeks. All the guys were great and very punctual and absolutely worked their butts off. They repaired flashing around some corners and the chimney that was not done properly when the house was "custom" built in 2000. We love our new roof and feel 100% confident it was done correctly this time!

It was great. Maskim did awesome work. They kept me informed on what they were planning to do and what work they would suggest in the future. They were prompt and they even worked in difficult conditions. They were friendly and the roof looked so nice my neighbors ended up asking for them to replace the roof on their garage as well! I would definitely hire them again.

This company was very responsive and 1. answered their phone right away, 2. Gave minimum cost estimate by phone, 3. Showed up when he said they would show up, Completed the repair on the same day and 4. Charged me what I expected to pay. You can't ask for more than that! Jim

FANTASTIC!!! Ed responded to our phone message right away and came over and saw the damage and gave us our estimate the next day. He then moved some other jobs around that he was working on so he could take care of our leak. He fixed our problem perfectly in one day. A very nice and professional gentleman and when the time comes for us to replace our entire roof will will definitely be using Maksim roofing!

We received 4 bids for roof replacement over our kitchen, each had a different plan but Maksim's made the most sense and was the best price. They were professional and responsive. We had an active leak and they scheduled us in quickly. The roof looks great and is working well. Would recommend.

They looked around for replacement vents that would fit, and when they could not find them they had them custom made. Cleaned up lots of debris from the birds and battled wasps that had made a home in our attic, all without complaint. The work looks great, the guys were friendly, and the price was fair. Will definitely be calling theses guys when it is time for a new roof or gutters.

This is an excellent company to work with.  The owners and the entire crew did a great job.  We are entirely satisfied with the outcome.

Edward is incredibly quick with communication, his crew is on time no matter what, their work appears to be top notch, and Maksim in general has been the easiest company to work with since I bought my home. I highly recommend these guys for any project you may need from them. I already plan on having them refinish my box gutters and will use them for any other work we need in the future.

The crew was on time, came when they said they would, didn't charge extra when the job took longer than they thought. They were professional and worked diligently until the job was done. I appreciated their attitude in accepting the job as it seems no one likes to do box gutters and these gentlemen were not afraid of a little hard work. My neighbor is a real talker and a busy body when it comes to what is happening on my property and these guys resisted my neighbor trying to draw them in with conversation and didn't let him keep them from their work. I would recommend them to others and I would hire them again in the future.
